I was shockingly underwhelmed by this hotel. The tram noise was incessant even during the night! I almost slept through my stay. Plus, I truly expected a complimentary gesture for the inconveniences—what's a guest gotta do? It’s astounding how they transferred my distress to their staff but forgot to give me that upgrade!

great location but noisy at night
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from cultural sites and dining options! I really appreciated the modern look of the room and the strong shower pressure made every morning refreshing. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to the welcoming atmosphere.
The noise from the tram line nearby disrupted our sleep several times.

Had a great time catching up with friends here! The location made it easy to explore and shop. We enjoyed visiting sites like the Stanislaw Lem Garden and even squeezed in some spa time. The staff were super helpful and the rooms were well-equipped with tea and coffee.
We did find out that there wasn't a bar as mentioned on the website, and that was a bit disappointing for us after a long day out. Thankfully, there was a pub nearby.

The hotel boasts a sharp, modern vibe, with bathrooms that look newly upgraded, featuring strong shower pressure and solid amenities. Being right at the intersection with streetcars means easy access to public transport and is just a short stroll from cultural landmarks and local eateries.
You’ll feel the trams’ constant rumble, especially if you’re facing the street—definitely a distraction for light sleepers. The air conditioning had some hiccups, and there were confusing parking fees that sprang up unexpectedly. Breakfast was pretty basic with no real excitement, and it wouldn’t hurt to have a toaster around. you might run into check-in problems, possibly needing guidance from another location nearby.

Just an ideal choice for a weekend rest in Krakow with all in all brilliant value for money. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool on warm days, which was a nice surprise. Try to get a room away from the street to avoid the tram noise at night.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to major attractions and with nearby shops convenient for snacks. Breakfast at a nearby restaurant offered a varied menu, featuring craveable salads, eggs, and delicious pastries. Unfortunately, there were moments with no hot water, and the nearby tram noise disrupted our peace. the breakfast room was a bit cramped, making it challenging during busy hours.
